Team Collaboration
Share access, standardize context, and collaborate on evidence and verification.
Certyn is easiest to operate when the team agrees on:
- a shared Wiki (overview + rules)
- stable environments and test data
- a consistent triage and verification routine
Roles
Certyn commonly uses these project roles:
| Role | Meaning |
|---|---|
owner | project-level control (including billing/management) |
editor | can create/edit tests and run processes |
viewer | read-only access for stakeholders |
Inviting collaborators (if enabled)
Depending on your deployment, the UI for inviting collaborators may be available under Projects.
If you do not see collaboration controls in the UI, you can still share artifacts by linking directly to runs/issues and using your external tracker as the source of truth.
Notifications
Use Settings → Notifications to configure email alerts for new issues, failed tests, and actionable process completions. Real-time in-app updates appear while the app is open, and external delivery can be handled with Webhooks.
Prefer failure-only alerts
High-volume teams typically enable alerts for failures and high severity items only, then review the rest in a daily loop.
